We spoke to Zenka Shires, Deputy Manager at Chatsworth Lodge care home in Chesterfield, about her career journey with Orchard.

Zenka has progressed from Carer all the way to Deputy Manager during her time at Chatsworth Lodge and is being supported to take that journey even further.
