Dementia Nursing Care

Dementia nursing care is designed to support residents who are living with dementia and have complex health needs that require care and support from our qualified nurses and staff. 

The service provides a safe environment that assists, cares and supports individuals with dementia and other complex needs, whilst also attempting to maintain the individual’s skills and abilities throughout their own personal dementia journey. It is important for us to learn and understand how each person’s sensory characteristics interplay within the unit, as this assists us in devising a suitable living environment whilst still understanding and supporting the individual’s needs.
