Based in Sunderland, the dementia-friendly care home have recently received the good news that they’ve been awarded the highest score from carehome.co.uk after receiving their 10^th positive review in just 24 months, all of which awarded Archers Park with a 5 out of 5 rating.

The high score is only given to care homes after receiving multiple positive reviews on the reviewing platform, which looks at all areas including cleanliness, care and support, management, food and value for money.

Carehome.co.uk, which is the number one reviewing platform for adult care providers, uses a thorough verification process to ensure all reviews are honest, true and relevant. One review by Ruth, whose husband lives at the dementia care home, said ‘It is hard to put into so little words how fantastic the staff at Archers Park have been over these first couple of months. From day one, all the team have been exceptionally caring, attentive, and show a great in-depth knowledge within their roles, especially dignity and independence for residents.

The place is very clean and welcoming, plus the meals smell and look amazing. As a family, this has been such an emotional rollercoaster but Archers have been there every step of the way. Cannot recommend this care home enough!’
