Green Lodge Care Home Celebrates a “Good” Rating in Latest PAMMS Inspection and a Brand New Outdoor Space

We are absolutely delighted to announce that our Stockton-on-Tees-based home, Green Lodge, has received an overall ‘Good’ rating in its latest PAMMS inspection. This recognition is a testament to the incredible dedication and passion of our team, who work tirelessly to create a warm, welcoming, and homely environment for everyone who lives with us.

Home Manager Kelly Levick shared her excitement about the positive feedback received during the three-day inspection: “We were so pleased to hear such encouraging comments. The inspector mentioned how warm and inviting the atmosphere felt, and even said the home had an even more positive feel compared to her last visit. That was especially meaningful because our top priority is always to create a comforting and safe space for the people we support.”

Both Kelly and Vicky Hall, General Manager, were thrilled to see their team's hard work and improvements over the past year recognised in the inspection report. The inspection covered various areas, including personalised care, safeguarding, management, resident involvement, and information, and in every area, the home received a ‘Good’ rating. From leadership to our care team, this success truly belongs to every member of the Green Lodge team. Their ongoing kindness, commitment, and expertise are the foundation of this achievement. A massive well done to all!

As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of life for our residents, Green Lodge has recently completed a stunning new patio and garden area. The refreshed outdoor space offers a safe and engaging environment where residents can enjoy the outdoors with greater freedom and confidence. With the warmer weather approaching, the team is excited about how the space will be used for relaxation, activities, and socialising in the months to come.

Pippa said, “I can't wait for spring and warmer weather so I can sit outside and relax in the sunshine on our lovely new patio.”
