A Tasty Twist at Grimsby Manor

Working together with Unilever, a company which works to meet everyday needs for nutrition, Lincolnshire care home, Grimsby Manor, decided to put their own twist on some traditional dishes by seasoning them what with a slight bit of spice. To give the dishes an easily distinguished taste, butternut squash soup was enhanced with an Indian spice, the pork was drizzled with a mustard sauce and a raspberry delice dessert burst with zesty flavour. Residents were then asked to rate the dishes out of 5 based on how much they enjoyed them. The pork scored the highest with a score of 4.3; with residents commenting on how tasty it was and the raspberry delice came in a close second with a score of 4.1.  The home has passed resident feedback from the day onto the chef, which he has taken on board.
