Middleton Park Lodge Nursing Home kicked off their Valentine’s celebrations with a lunch date for residents and their loved ones. The lunch was followed by a tipple and homemade heart shaped biscuits that the residents had decorated, which went down a treat! As if that wasn’t enough, the home threw a cupid disco later that evening.

Chatsworth Lodge Care Home celebrated the day with lots of laughter, love and live music from Ken, the saxophonist. The home enjoyed dancing along to the music and a nice tipple or 3. Working up an appetite, an impressive heart themed afternoon tea was served for all.

Lofthouse Grange and Lodge Care enjoyed a heart wreath making session. Later, they spread the love by decorating other residents’ doors, with the wreaths they just made. One surprised resident said ‘thank you ladies you have made my afternoon. I feel the love today’.
