While undoubtedly some of our day-to-day processes have had to adapt due to coronavirus, the wellbeing and happiness of residents remains our top priority. We have plentiful supplies of PPE and staff receive regular training on the steps we must take to keep everyone safe and well. Indoor and out of care home visits are taking place, with pod or window visits with your loved one available where indoor visits cannot be facilitated due to local restrictions.

Our Support Centre in Harrogate provides additional support to the daily workings of our care homes, looking after and managing all administrative, support, and back office functions, in addition to adding an extra resource for activities and partnerships. This enables our homes to focus on their main priority - the delivery of excellent care.
