Gardening at Cherry Trees

Residents from Cherry Trees have been finding some new and exciting ways to keep busy through lockdown.

They started off by heading to the garden to spruce up all their plants, the ladies could not wait to get stuck in and told staff, “we love being outdoors, it’s so nice and relaxing.” They decided that they wanted to pot some bedding plants to make the garden look bright and pretty, so with the utensils at hand they got to work.

Helen was all smiles as she shared stories with the staff about how she used to keep her garden at home looking tidy and beautiful, “oh I spent many an hour potting away,” she said. The ladies were all very pleased with their work by the end and are looking forward to their next gardening session.
