National Fish and Chip Day At Eaton Court

Residents at Eaton Court celebrated National Fish and Chip Day with a traditional meal.

The dining room of the home was transformed into a seaside using pictures that residents had painted in honour of the celebrations. Residents sat and admired their work as they tucked into their traditional meal of fish and chips on a tray. They played seaside music as they ate and shared stories of their favourite trips to the beach.

Once they had finished their food, they were treated to an ice cream dessert as they sang along to the music that was playing. Mary told the group, “I’m really enjoying the lunch and sing along.” Some of the residents ended the night was a glass of wine as they sat back and relaxed.
