Lansbury Court Visit Tweedle Farm

25 September 2019 News

farm.jpgResidents from Lansbury Court care home recently took a visit on the Oomph bus from their home in Tyne & Wear to Tweedle Farm in Durham.

The farm was filled with animals and had many exciting things on offer ranging from feeding the pets to a lovely gift shop so the residents could not wait to arrive.

The first thing the did was watch the lambs being fed and it ended up being everyone’s favourite part of the visit. They all agreed that they would have stopped and watched this for way longer if there wasn’t much more to explore, Edith said: “can we take the lamb’s home?”

The group then took a ride on the tractor and went around the farm to see all of the sights, Kevin and Paul were fascinated with the Llamas as they watched them.
