Green Park Transforms into an Ice Cream Parlour

Staff at Green Park Care Home in Warrington surprised residents with a homemade ice cream van!

The fantastic activities team decided that residents could benefit from a pick me up in the form of ice cream and music so off they went to make this happen. They set up an ice cream station filled with mocktails, ice cream and of course some scrumptious toppings.

Residents were delighted when they saw the setup and could not wait to pick their flavours and toppings. It wasn’t long before the music was playing and residents were up on their feet dancing away. Ivy told staff, “this reminds me of being on a family holiday, it is so much fun.”
