Denim for Dementia Day at Lansbury Court Care Home

Residents from Lansbury Court Care Home got creative as they celebrated Denim for Dementia Day.

In honour of the day residents decided that they wanted to have an arts and crafts session, they worked hard to create decorations which were then put up around the home.

Residents used their imagination and came up with the great idea of making bunting out of jeans, they then drew and cut out their own forget me not flowers which represent Dementia.

The group put a lot of thought into their decorations and were very proud of what they had created and were ecstatic when visitors commented on how great the display looked.
