Ashlea Mews Try Something New
Residents from Ashlea Mews have been enjoying games day where they played darts for the first time at the home.
In recent days the home has bought a brand-new darts board much to the delight of residents. They couldn’t wait to begin playing and show off their skills. Residents can often be found watching “Bullseye” on the Tv so as soon they saw the dartboard, they decided to pretend they were on the show. “I’ve not played darts for many years, but I really enjoyed myself,” Vera told the group.
Following the darts session, the group moved onto playing Connect 4, everyone was in great spirits as they laughed along and reminisced. They took the losses in their stride and focused on enjoying themselves, “When you play with your friends it’s just fun,” Bill commented.
