Afternoon Tea at Cherry Trees

Residents at Rotherham Care Home Cherry Trees have been indulging in some scrumptious treats as they hosted an afternoon tea.

Social distancing was not going to stop the ladies at Cherry Trees from enjoying a relaxing afternoon with one another, keeping in line with the regulations the ladies sat and enjoyed a selection of treats. The spread consisted of a range of their favourite sandwiches and alongside some sweet delights.

The buns were the clear preference and it was not long before they had disappeared from the table. Whilst tucking into their food, residents enjoyed watching a good old classic film, Gigi. Ethel picked out the movie as she said it was favourite and she had fond memories of watching it with her late husband.
