Reconnect Nurse - Full Time
£23.06 Per Hour (£47,965 per annum, Band 7 Equivalent)
Location - Riverdale Care Home, Sheffield Road, Chesterfield, S41 7LL
Sponsorship is considered for this role. To be eligible you must currently reside in the UK & hold the required qualifications and experience.

In this important role you will work closely with our care team and liaise with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure all individual’s receive the highest standard of person-centred care.
As one of our Reconnect Nurses, you will be responsible for assessing the individual’s needs and formulating care plans, ensuring that medical, physical, and emotional needs are met.
A key part of the role is supporting care staff to deliver high quality care. You will need to be a team player and passionate about developing a team ethos. You will need to have a current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Nurse. You will be experienced in producing well-developed care plans and understand regulatory frameworks. You will be dedicated and demonstrate our core values of Courage, Patience, Collaboration, Compassion/Empathy and Respect.
