Salary up to £31,500

Full time – 37.5 hours

Flexible home working - with up to 3 days a week in the office

Some flexibility maybe required to travel around the care homes.

Due to the continued growth of Orchard Care Homes, we now have an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

We are looking for people who have a track record of Recruitment experience ideally in a Care setting. Maybe you have come from a Recruitment Agency background, or you have in house experience, what matters is that you are great at what you do and truly care.

On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in using our applicant tracking system to source and sift CV’s. You will do preliminary screens of candidates and support the Home Managers to find the best talent.

You will also get to proactively headhunt and source candidates using our various platforms including social media.

This role does include some administration and planning so you will need to be strong in planning and organising.  You will also need great relationships building and communication skills.
