We are seeking to appoint a HR Administrator to join our established HR Team, here at Orchard Care Homes.

About the role…

As a HR Administrator you will deliver a wide range of HR-related administration tasks, such as processing new starters forms, issuing contract amendments, processing sick notes and leaver forms. You will support the Home Managers with HR issues providing the relevant administrative support where necessary.

You will liaise with a number of departments to ensure that we have the full complement of compliant documentation, whilst also developing strong relationships with key stakeholders, demonstrating attention to detail, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

About you...
•    Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
•    Good administration and organisational skills.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
•    Professional and confident manner.
•    Strong teamworking skills and team awareness.
•    Driving licence preferred.
