Chatsworth Lodge is a warm and welcoming 39-bed residential care home located in the heart of Chesterfield. With strong community ties and a reputation for person-centred care, we are proud of the compassion, dignity, and respect our team brings to older adults, including those living with dementia.

We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Home Manager with a proven track record in leading change and driving improvement. This is a unique opportunity for a confident leader who thrives on challenge and is passionate about creating high-performing teams and outstanding care environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of the care home’s operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day running.
• Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement across care delivery and documentation.
• Inspire, support, and develop staff to deliver exceptional care and achieve their full potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.
• Oversee budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

About You

• Proven experience as a Home Manager in a care home setting, ideally with turnaround or improvement experience.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and a track record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for elderly care and a commitment to person-centred support.
