Oomph! Trip to Ten Pin Bowling For Ashlea Mews Care Home

Residents from Ashlea Mews Care Home made the most of their Oomph! bus last month and headed straight to the bowling centre for a game.

Residents were eager to go and could not wait to start the fun, they were chatting away excitedly on the bus with one another. Once they arrived, they could not take the smile of their faces and wanted to have a mini competition.

One of the residents John had never bowled before so he was especially excited to try something new and ended up being great at it and was crowned the winner! He told the staff, “I really enjoyed myself and had lots of fun; hopefully we can go again soon.” 

After the game, the group went for a cup of tea to relax and talk about the day that they had, Ray told everyone, “having the opportunity to do this was so great, I had lots of fun.”
