Indoor Activities at Lansbury Court

A bit of bad weather was not going to dampen the mood at Lansbury Court, residents and staff came up with a schedule of fun activities that they could take part in all whilst staying warm and cosy indoors.

They started off their day with a game of ping pong, they showed off their impressive skills before moving on to playing darts. The radio played some classic hits as residents laughed away with a glass of shandy in hand, Joyce told staff, “I haven’t had one of these for a long while, it tastes great.”

The day ended with residents winding down, they sat back and enjoyed some aqua painting, John told everyone that he had enjoyed the activity much more than he had expected to, “I didn’t realise how artistic I am,” he remarked.
