• Carers at all levels who provide support to our residents in a person-centred way
• Chefs and Assistant Chefs who provide home-cooked nutritional meals with fresh local ingredients
• Cleaners who maintain a clean and homely environment
• Laundry Assistants who ensure our residents look their best in their finest clothes
• Nurses who ensure the best clinical practices in the sector
