Games Day at Ashlea Mews Care Home

Residents from Ashlea Mews Care Home got competitive as they enjoyed a day filled with games.

Residents and staff from the home had a games day where they entertained themselves by playing, Velcro Dart Ball, Skittles, Frisbee and Target Throwing.  Some of the residents got stuck in and excelled whilst others just watched and cheered their friends along.

The session was a great way to keep residents active whilst also having fun, they reminisced about which of the games they used to play as children and shared stories with one another. Danny talked about how much fun he had and Vera agreed saying, “lots of happiness was shared.”
