Care Home Open Week at Green Park

Residents and staff at Green Park have been showing off their home in honour of Care Home Open Week.

Using their social media platforms, they have been sharing images of the different units at the home to give everyone an insight into Green Park.

Activities co-ordinators Lisa and Gill were delighted to be picked to go live on BBC Radio Merseyside. They spoke about how they have handled the pandemic and shared all the wonderful activities that take place in the home on a daily basis.

Towards the end of the week the home hosted their very own wild west party in the garden area, they enjoyed live entertainment whilst singing country songs. The day ended with residents eating hotdogs and a drink from the saloon bar. Resident Jean and Pam said they enjoy the dancing and can’t wait for another party.
