Valentine’s Day Preparations Begin at Ashlea Mews

As Valentine’s Day approaches residents at Ashlea Mews have begun some themed arts and crafts sessions.

Residents sat together and listened to some lovely romantic songs as they began their arts & crafts, they were given love-themed pictures which they all coloured in. The session bought back many memories for the residents as they talked about their husbands and wives.

Everyone chose a different picture to colour and then shared them with the group at the end. “I found colouring to be very relaxing,” Jack commented. Everyone agreed that this has now got them very excited for Valentine’s Day.
