Residents from Green Park Care Home Enjoy a Visit from a Magician

Green Park Care Home decided to go in a new direction with their entertainment and booked a lovely magician to come in.

The homes Activity Manager, Joe decided he wanted to organise something new and different for the residents in regards to entertainment and was brainstorming ideas when one of the residents suggested a magician.

Her husband used to be a magician in the magic circle and was often seen with Paul Daniels so she is no stranger when it comes to magic. The home agreed that this was a fantastic idea and would be a great treat for her and the other residents.

The entertainer surely did not disappoint, he wowed everyone with his skills as he showed off some amazing tricks. He specialised in close up magic and had all the residents hooked, some of the resident’s family members also attended the show and said they had a great time. One of the family members, Jacqueline told Joe, “we had a fantastic afternoon joining in with all the fun, thank you so much for organising it.
