National Care Home Open Day 2016
On Friday 17th June, many of our homes will take part in National Care Home Open Day, inviting others to enjoy coffee, cake and activities at the home. National Care Home Open Day is a UK wide initiative, allowing care homes the opportunity to open their doors to their local communities. Thousands of care homes across the UK take part each year, welcoming the public and creating lasting links between care home residents and their local communities. This is all about showing people what excellent care homes are really about and how they can be at the centre of local communities, developing relationships across the generations.
