Meet the Staff at Ashlea Mews

In honour of Carers Week, Ashlea Mews want you to meet some of their fantastic member of staff.

Sue Clark has been working at Ashlea Mews as a Care Assistant for 9 months and has built up strong bonds with everyone there, she is described by her colleagues and residents as being enthusiastic and a real team player. Sue is always coming up with new and exciting activities for the residents to do and even comes in on her days off to get involved with the home’s events.

Bob Scanlon is a Senior Care Assistant who has been at the home for over 9 years, before joining the home he had no prior experience in care and has learnt all that he knows along the way. During his time at the home Bob has completed both his NVQ 2 and NVQ 3 and is truly an invaluable member of the team.

Home Manager Vicky said, “each member of staff at the home is very important to us, they all support in a huge way with how the home is run, from the care staff, to activities to kitchen staff they are all amazing.”
