Langfield Care Home Residents Take a Trip to China Town

Hung and Shirley two Chinese residents from Langfield Care Home decided that they wanted to visit a Chinese restaurant so the staff at the home, made it happen!

They visited a lovely Chinese buffet in Manchester called China Town and enjoyed a yummy lunch.

Making the trip extra special was the fact that Hung’s family joined the group at China Town, they had a great time talking away whilst tucking into a delicious meal. Hung had a great day and was very happy that she got to enjoy a meal with her family and friends from the home.

Hung’s family is loved by everyone at the home, they are often bringing in Chinese sweets and cuisine for the staff to enjoy as their way of saying thank you for taking such great care of Hung.

The group had a great day with both Hung and Shirley being very appreciative to the staff for taking them to China Town.
