Jacobs Farm Visits Langfield Care Home

Langfield Care Home was nominated by their local GP practice to receive free funding for residents sessions.

Following their nomination they were lucky enough to win this funding from “Aging for Ambition” and received a number of sessions from Jacobs Farm.

The sessions were a real treat! Residents got the chance to interact with goats, rabbits, ducks and many more, the animals bought great joy to the residents and left them in a fantastic mood.

Every session had a different positive impact on residents, from reviving memories of their own pets to lifting their spirits. All the staff agreed that it was amazing to see residents having such a good time and smiling from ear to ear.
