Cherry Trees Spends the Day Exploring in Elsecar

Rotherham care home Cherry Trees took a trip to local attraction Elsecar heritage centre. 

The centre is a very unique and distinctive sight and residents could not wait to visit. They made their way to the antique shops as soon as they got there as this was what the group was most looking forward to. They enjoyed looking around at all the items on offer and then moved on to the historical steam railway.

Both Ethel and Eileen were beaming as they walked around the centre saying “wow we have not been here in years.” They then filled their stomachs at the local coffee shop with a scrumptious afternoon tea, the perfect end to a lovely day!
