Clinical Lead

We are looking to secure a Clinical Lead at our flagship, Green Park Nursing Home in Warrington.

Overseeing the care of our residents throughout the home will bring a variety of responsibilities, from developing team members, ensuring that legislation is adhered to, and all aspects of care is delivered safely. Leading by example and driving high standards, ensures everyone is treated with respect, dignity and compassion.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Active registration/PIN with the NMC.
• Dementia and Nursing home experience Essential.
• Knowledge and experience of related legislation, effective care planning and development.
• Professional, understanding, and patient with a warm personality.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Team player with the ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
