Business Insights Analyst

As we embark on implementing a new Business Intelligence (BI) system, we’re looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to play a key role in transforming our data landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, design, and maintain dashboards and reports to support commercial, operational, HR, and quality metrics.
  • Integrate and transform data from multiple systems, including billing, rostering, people, and quality platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Extract, clean, and transform data for visualisation and reporting purposes.
  • Implement data governance and best practices for BI development and data security.
  • Provide training and support to business users on how to utilise BI dashboards effectively.
  • Stay up to date with BI tools, updates, features, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the fields - Computer Science; Information Systems; Business Administration; Statistics or Mathematics; Economics or Data Science.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently, with a proven history of proactively identifying and implementing improvements.
  • Proven experience as a BI Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualisation and dashboard

As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement, we’re modernising these systems to keep them user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with our growing business. That’s where you come in!

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Systems Trainer to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in helping our home teams master these essential tools, offering training, coaching, and ongoing support to ensure they feel confident and capable in using the systems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging, effective training sessions for managers and administrators across our care homes, in person.
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to conduct assessments, identify knowledge gaps, and tailor training to suit specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain user-friendly manuals, e-learning modules, job aids, and guides that clearly explain systems and processes.
  • Provide 1:1 coaching, remote support, and refresher training as needed to help Home Administrators get the most from our systems.
  • Work with IT and department leaders to ensure that training is aligned with business objectives and system updates.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of your training through feedback surveys
