It is just 12 months since my family member became a resident at Longridge Hall & Lodge. My son and I have nothing but praise, thanks and amiriation for the wonderful care, kindness and respect shown to him. The care ladies and gentlemen are all wonderful and their dedication to the residents is very special. They all work as a team and they are all a credit to [Orchard Care Homes]. Praise to the ladies who work in the laundry who are always so pleasant ... Thank you to the chef and his team who prepare such lovely meals and delicious cakes! The managers are always so helpful and efficient when dealing with any queries we may have. I must also mention [the activity coordinator] who does so much to encourage residents to get involved with crafts etc. She also does a superb job raising funds for the residents.
