We would like to express our gratitude to all the staff at Norton Lees Hall care home. We needed to find a suitable care home for our much loved Mum. We did a lot research and found Norton Lees and we are so pleased we did! The staff became her friend and our Mum settled incredibly well after spending approximately eight weeks in hopsital. It was so lovely to see her smile again in a very relaxed and friendly environment. All the staff showed Mum kindess, respect and compassion ... We always found the manger very approachable and helpful with any enquiries we had. The carers were all very caring, friendly and professional at all times ... They always showed respect and kept Mum's dignity at all times and they always worked with a smile and humour. The food and refreshments are excellent with a very varied menu to suit all. The activities planned are excellent ... The home has a very welcoming, friendly, relaxed and clean atmosphere which you will probably agree we all feel in our 'own homes'. Just excellent!
