I'm writing on behalf of the family of our Mum, Lily K. It is difficult to find the words to express our thanks for the loving care that Mum received when residing with you at Bywater Lodge, especially during the last few weeks when she became ill ... We were able to keep her at 'home'; able to pass away peacefully surrounded by friends. It is clear to us that Mum received a level of love and attention in addition to the superb care that she had received the whole time she was with you, prior to her illness.
