I would like to make you aware of the excellent care my mother has received at Fleetwood Hall Care Home in Lancashire since she became a resident in January 2015. Towards the end of November this year, I received a call from the senior carer, who rang me to inform me that my mum had fallen ill. She was looked after really well with constant checks on her and encouragement given to eat and drink. The manager and all the care staff were extremely compassionate and supportive and the situation was handled with the utmost care and dignity. I wanted you to know how impressed we've been with your staff, their responses have been exceptional. They all work really hard and the manager is extremely efficient.
