Today as I reflect on Dad’s passing and his life I constantly come back to the four years he spent at Sutton Hall in the care of you wonderful people. I cannot express my gratitude enough to each and every one of you, the management, sisters in charge, senior carers, carers, kitchen and domestic staff, both past and present, for the truly dedicated way in which you all in your own way provided Dad with a safe environment and looked after his needs. In memory of Mum and Dad, Shirley and I intend to donate a bench to the front of the hall where you and anyone else can sit and enjoy the fresh air that Dad so loved.
