Orchard Care Homes has been accredited as a Disability Confident employer. The scheme is designed to help businesses recruit, retain disabled people, and people with health conditions, for their skills and talent.
The Disability Confident scheme supports employers, to develop the talents and skills that disabled people can bring to the workplace. It also highlights that Orchard Care Homes is taking action to ensure that people with disabilities and long term health conditions feel supported, engaged and able to fulfil their potential in the work place.
