Penwortham Grange & Lodge Have Some Very Cute Visitors

Lancashire based home Penwortham Grange & Lodge welcomed The Husky Dog Centre in to their home

This was a very exciting visit as they brought along two of their husky dogs and took them around the home. A lot of the residents were reminded of dogs that they used to have previously so seeing the huskies made them very happy.

They did a walk around the home and took both the husky dogs around two of the units, this gave the residents who aren’t as mobile the chance to see the dogs also which was lovely. Everyone loved petting the dogs and playing with them, the huskies were very well behaved and both the residents and the staff loved the experience.

Everyone who met the huskies commented that they were beautiful to look at, Doreen said “they are so bonny!” This was the huskies first visit to a residential care home, they were so well behaved that the staff from the dog rescue told the home that they would love to bring them back to visit whenever the residents want.
