Registered Manager, Paisley Lodge Dementia Care Home

We are passionate about our home, our team, and our service. We are seeking to appoint and experienced, people focused Registered Manager who will manage all aspects of the day to day running of the Orchard Care Home. Raising standards of care, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity whilst developing our teams to their full potential.

Paisley Lodge Dementia Care Home is located in the bustling local community of Armley, close to Leeds City Centre, it has a Good CQC rating and has been designed to support residents with dementia.

Our Ideal Candidate

• Active registration/PIN with the NMC.
• Significant experience of working in a similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A thorough understanding of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Health & Safety legislation.
• Control and management of budgets and accounts.
• Leadership qualities, enthusiasm along with influencing and motivational skills.
• Knowledge of the key principles in sales and marketing.
