You will have what it takes to provide an effective and professional HR administrative service from our support centre in Harrogate to new starters, existing staff and Home Managers across Orchard Care Homes.
You will be responsible for all on-boarding paperwork. Your role will incorporate updating and reporting on the HR Databases (Cold Harbour), supporting the payroll and training departments to ensure that Orchard Care Homes is fully compliant with all current and future employment legislation.
Our HR Administrators are responsible for a designated geographical area; however, they are expected to assist colleagues as and when necessary.
