The role of Referral and Assessment Manager is all about telling people what we do well.
You will manage referrals into our services, schedule appointments with the homes, and
ensure that every referral is managed in a professional and timely manner.
As the first point of call for communications, it is essential that you convey a high standard
of professionalism and demonstrate great telephone etiquette that is reflective of the
Orchard Care Homes values.
This role is integral to our objective of building strong relationships with our residents, their families, commissioners and other health professionals.

Fluent in English
Marketing or sales background together with an understanding of the care sector are a plus
£25,000 per year plus bonus based on performance
