Join us and be part of our support centre team that ensures people who want to know more about the quality care and support offered by Orchard Care Homes can access the information required.

You will be the first point of contact for all new enquiries which may come from professionals, family members and our care homes. You will encourage visits to our homes to experience the quality of care and customer experience we offer.

You will process and follow up all enquiries from inception to conclusion in order to maximise occupancy and percentage levels in the homes.

You will send out brochures and information packs to various community and support groups. You will inform via email the bed availability of our homes working closely with key personnel within Orchard Care Homes.
