About the role:
A friendly and highly organised Home Administrator is vital to the running of a successful Care Home, providing the administrative support that enables the Care teams to focus on delivering the outstanding care and support to our residents.
As the Home Administrator you will be involved in many aspects of the day-to-day running of the Orchard Care Home. The duties of a Home Administrator include: liaising with residents and families, processing payroll, maintaining accurate records, diary management, co-ordinating with recruitment partners and liaising with regulatory bodies to ensure that the admissions process is adhered to, which includes residence contracts and ensuring admission agreements are competed within SLA’s.
It is a highly demanding role that requires an individual with real gravitas; someone who can quickly gain the confidence and respect of others.
You will have previously held a similar position; having experience of operating rostering and payroll systems as well as record maintenance. Knowledge of HR processes would also be a significant advantage.
Above all you will have a passion for delivering an excellent administration service and a desire to work in the care industry and make a difference!
About Chatsworth Lodge:
